What types of illustrations do you offer?

I offer you a variety of illustrations made by me, female or male portraits in a mixture of vegetation and colors.

Each illustration is unique and created with passion.

What sizes are available for illustrations?

My  illustrations are available in two sizes: in A4 format (21 x 29.7 cm)

and in A3 format (29.7 x 42 cm). 

These standard sizes allow you to easily frame them for display in your favorite space.

What type of paper do you use for the prints?

With my partner printer we have chosen textured linen paper in 250 grams, of high quality for our prints. This paper offers a subtle texture that adds an extra dimension to the artwork and gives a feeling of quality and authenticity.

Can I make a custom artwork order?

Yes, absolutely. You can take inspiration from the catalog already present on the site to ask me for a customization. If you have a specific project in mind, feel free to discuss it with me.
In both cases, you can go through the contact form so that we can discuss it.

How can I order?

Placing an order on my site is simple. Just browse my catalog of illustrations, select the ones you like and add them to your cart. Then, you will only have to follow the payment and delivery instructions to finalize your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

With Shopify, I have set up a payment system using credit or debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

You can also choose to use secure online payment services such as PayPal.

Do you offer international shipping options?

Yes, I offer international shipping for my artwork.

All shipping costs are included in the price of my artwork. There will be no addendum during the payment phase.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

I take care to package my artwork securely to prevent damage in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide me with photos of the damaged product. I will then find an appropriate solution to remedy the situation, whether it is a refund or the sending of a new copy.

Can I return or exchange an illustration?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the personalized products I offer and especially for specific orders, I could not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a major problem or a manufacturing defect. So I recommend that you carefully consider the details of each artwork before placing an order.
